Top Quality Beef, expertly prepared
We buy young store cattle ourselves from Frome Market at around 6 months of age. We then graze them at our farm in Crookwood through to slaughter at 30 months at H.F Stiles & Son in Bromham.
Our cattle are Devon, Shorthorn and Hereford, these native breeds are well suited to a pure grass diet and have served us well for many years. We produce our own hay and silage and feed this during the winter months when our cattle are kept inside. This allows the ground to recover, providing them with lush thick grass when they are turned out in the spring.
We dry age our Beef in our fridge for one month before cutting.
